The New Hampshire Film Festival’s Young Filmmakers Workshop is an intense, three-day, hands-on workshop that walks teens through the process of filmmaking from script development to shooting and editing. Over the course of the weekend, our young filmmakers will learn about the various elements of the filmmaking process from industry professionals.
The young filmmakers will then use these new skills to create an original short film, which will be screened at the NHFF Closing Ceremonies. The course is open to teens of all experience levels. No prior experience is necessary! In the past nine years, more than 100 students have participated in the Young Filmmakers Workshop and have moved on to film school and to work on and create their own film projects!
